Why Deskee exists
Most small businesses lose customers in the gaps. A visitor lands on your website at 9pm on a Sunday, can't find out whether you deliver to their postcode, and books with someone else. The same handful of questions — opening hours, prices, "do you do X?" — fill the inbox every week, and answering them eats the hours you'd rather spend on the work itself.
Big companies solve this with call centres and support teams. Small firms have always just had to live with it. The AI tools that could help were built for enterprises: expensive, complicated, and quick to make things up when they didn't know the answer.
I started Deskee to close that gap. The idea is simple: an assistant that learns from your own website and documents, answers customers in seconds, takes their details when you're closed, and passes the conversation to a real person the moment it needs one — set up over a cup of tea, not a six-week IT project.
What we care about
- It should make you money and save you time. Every feature has to earn its place by winning you a customer or giving you an hour back.
- Honest answers, or none. Deskee answers from your content. If something isn't covered, it says so and offers a person instead of guessing.
- A human is always one step behind. You decide when the bot hands over, and your customer never has to start again.
- Small-business pricing. One clear price, no sales call, no setup fee.
Who's behind it
Deskee is built and run by me, Adrian. When you email us, you get me — not a ticket queue. If something isn't working for your business, or there's a feature you need, I want to hear about it.
